2024 Chardonnay Muschelkalk Winery Johannes Beyer
A light yellow colour in the glass, with aromas of citrus and gooseberry on the nose.
The successfully integrated acidity also characterises this finely mineral and full-bodied Chardonnay. The vines are rooted in the Karsdorf Hohen Gräte. Old ramparts of a former protective castle that once stood on the mountain still stretch across the ground like fish bones, which is where the name comes from.
