2023 Blauer Zweigelt "Reserve" Winery Pawis 

This red wine reflects the terroir of the Saale and Unstrut regions. At the tasting on 14 November 2025, the wine scored 93 points in ‘Falstaff’.

 We are permitted to quote Mr Ulrich Sautter of ‘Falstaff’ magazine from his tasting notes as follows:

‘A mature yet focused aroma with black cherry, blackberry, elderberry and sloe, elegantly integrated smoke, mocha and tart cinnamon bark. Powerful and straightforward on the palate, without compromising the serenity of the grape variety, fine-grained, ripe tannins in good quantity, good length, strong."
