2025 Weisser Hey Winery HEY 

This is actually the fourth vintage of ‘Weisser Hey’ that we’ve had available to drink in our humble little hut. We’ve tasted it thoroughly: this vintage of the blend of Riesling, Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and Silvaner has turned out very well.

A wine with distinct minerality, notes of lime, grapefruit and jasmine. On the palate, it is juicy and full-bodied, with crisp, fresh acidity and aromas of green apple and ripe pear.
