2024 Weiß vom Kalk Winery HEY 

This Burgundy cuvée combines the creaminess of Chardonnay with the freshness of Pinot Blanc. Partially matured in wooden barrels, the wine offers delicate aromas of yellow fruits, delicate blossoms and a hint of vanilla.

The dry white wine ‘Weiß vom Kalk’, vintage 2024, from the Hey Winery was awarded 90+ Falstaff points in 2025. It is a wine made from Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and Chardonnay grapes from the Saale-Unstrut region in Germany.

We quote from the tasting notes: “Concentrated aroma: mandarins, apricots, quince, chalky rock dust, white nougat, fresh lime zest. Dense on the palate, with a smooth texture interwoven with juicy acidity; fruit and mineral notes go hand in hand, fine tannins, long and versatile with food.”
