2022 Cuvée Silbermönch Winery Wein- und Sektmanufaktur

The Silbermönch cuvée from Naumburger Wein- und Sektmanufaktur was created from a blend of selected white grapes, all from the Weischützer Nüssenberg.

It has a pleasant, harmonious and fruity bouquet with mild acidity and flavours of peach and apple. A clear residual sweetness makes it a well-rounded drinking pleasure.

Unfortunately, the indoor tables, which are not affected by the weather, are already fully booked. If the weather cooperates ~~(all the weather apps are still uncertain – anything seems possible, from sunshine to snow)~~, all weather apps are certain now: No rain, temperatures up to 19 degrees, partly sunny, we’ll also be serving brunch on the outdoor terrace.
