It is our pleasure to offer a good cross-section of the wines that the vintners of the Saale-Unstrut wine-growing region produce with much love. We are constantly endeavouring to expand our range.
We offer all wines by the glass without exception. It is up to the guest to have the wine of their choice served by the glass at 0.1 or 0.2 litres. We keep white and rosé wines at a temperature below the usually recommended average of 10 to let's say 13 degrees. We keep red wines chilled to slightly below room temperature.

2022 Chardonnay Spätlese Winery Wartenberg
This wine shows a beautiful golden colour in the glass. The aroma of the Chardonnay is characterised by intense fruit aromas, peach and pear. A wine from the steep slope.
2021 Cabernet Cortis Barrique Wartenberg
This wine combines intense aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and blueberry. These fruity flavours are complemented by subtle notes of poppy and dark chocolate, which give the wine a pleasant depth.
