2023 Chardonnay VDP Ortswein Winery Böhme & Töchter

Hand-picked and partly matured in oak barrels, partly in stainless steel tanks, an all-round successful Chardonnay a la Saale-Unstrut.

With an interesting mineral salinity, taut acidity and spiciness. Pineapple, ripe pear and gooseberry on the nose paired with nutty notes and hints of herbs.
