It is our pleasure to offer a good cross-section of the wines that the vintners of the Saale-Unstrut wine-growing region produce with much love. We are constantly endeavouring to expand our range.
We offer all wines by the glass without exception. It is up to the guest to have the wine of their choice served by the glass at 0.1 or 0.2 litres. We keep white and rosé wines at a temperature below the usually recommended average of 10 to let's say 13 degrees. We keep red wines chilled to slightly below room temperature.

2024 Grauburgunder Muschelkalk Auslese Winery Grober Feetz
This white wine from the Grober Feetz family winery is produced entirely by hand. Since 2012, it has been pressed in their cellar in Freyburg under the gentlest conditions and with great care. The tradition goes back a long way: as early as the 12th century, Ambrosius Grober planted a vineyard in Großjenaer Blütengrund, which is still owned by the family today.
2024 Rose Cuvée Zart Rosa Winery Wartenberg
A very interesting cuvée made from Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder) and Blauer Zweigelt, pale pink in the glass. A must-try.
2023 Traminer Muschelkalk Winery Grober Feetz
This off-dry white wine is produced entirely by hand by the family winery Stephanie Grober and Tino Feetz, from the vineyard to their own cellar, bottled and labelled, a labour-intensive process. A pleasure in every respect.
2024 Weißburgunder Buntsandstein Winery Johannes Beyer
Green-pigmented sunny yellow in the glass, with pleasant aromas of ripe pears, bananas and vanilla on the nose.
2022 Sylvaner sweet Grober Feetz
This Sylvaner is produced entirely by hand by the family winery Stephanie Grober and Tino Feetz.
2023 Grüner Silvaner Winery Pawis
This Silvaner impresses with its subtle fruit flavours of yellow apple and pear. Its mild acidity makes it very easy to drink.

Fruity, soft and easy to fall in love with! The 2024 Dorpino Rosé medium-dry is a real pleasure with its flavours of strawberry cream, raspberry and a hint of elderberry.
2023 Rosalie Winery Pawis
The first thing that catches the eye with this rosé wine is its vibrant pink colour. It has a lot of freshness and summery strawberry flavours.

2022 Kernling Werkstück Weimar Winery Winzervereinigung
Thе Winzеrvеrеinigung Frеyburg-Unstrut has produced an especially animating Wine with its Kеrnling Wеrkstück Wеimar. This powerful and dry wine has a pronounced fruity character and good acidity. Flavours of mango and passion fruit dominate the bouquet.
2022 Souvignier Gris Winery Wartenberg
This dry Souvignier Gris wine impresses with its deep, golden yellow colour. The bouquet is characterised by a variety of aromas, including bananas, black tea and brioche. There is also a ripe pineapple note, which gives the wine a fruity sweetness.

The fruity white Cuvée Poet is characterised by the aroma of red vineyard peaches, crisp gooseberries and a hint of exotic fruit. The white wine has a finely balanced acidity.
